This Privacy Policy explains how Carcirus Absence ("the App") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when used on iOS devices and as distributed via the Apple App Store. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
If you have questions about this Policy or our data practices, email us at the contact above.
We collect the minimum data needed to operate core features such as time tracking, account management, and app reliability.
We do not collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly provided by you or your organization for a defined purpose.
The App requests permissions only when a feature requires them. iOS will show a system prompt and you can allow or deny each request. You can change these later in iOS Settings.
Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription)
Purpose: Capture photos when you choose to attach an image for verification or documentation. Access occurs only when you initiate capture.
Photos/Library (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription or NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription)
Purpose: Let you select an existing photo to upload, or save an export/report to your photo library when you choose to. We only access the specific item you select.
Network access
Purpose: Sync attendance data with the server, authenticate accounts, deliver updates, and support customer service. (Standard internet connectivity; not a user‑grantable permission.)
We do not access or use permissions for purposes unrelated to the App’s features.
